Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water.
  2. Mix yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and dill in a bowl.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
