  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
  5. Add pecans and maple syrup (if using).
  6. Roast for another 5-10 minutes until sprouts are tender.
  7. Serve warm.
