- 1 cup couscous
- 1 1/4 cups water or vegetable broth
- 1 head garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30 minutes.
