- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 cloves roasted garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 2–3 tbsp water
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Wrap garlic cloves in foil and roast for 30 minutes.
- Blend chickpeas, tahini, roasted garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and cumin in a food processor.
- Add water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
- Serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
