A creamy and flavorful hummus made with roasted garlic for a rich taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 cloves roasted garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 23 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Wrap garlic cloves in foil and roast for 30 minutes.
  2. Blend chickpeas, tahini, roasted garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and cumin in a food processor.
  3. Add water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • Adjust salt and lemon juice to taste.
