Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Roll out pie crust and place in a 9-inch pie dish. Trim edges.
  3. Whisk melted butter, sugar, honey, eggs, salt, vanilla, and heavy cream in a bowl.
  4. Sprinkle cornmeal over the pie crust.
