- 1 medium pumpkin
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 cup wild rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut off the top of the pumpkin and scoop out seeds.
