- 12 mini bell peppers, halved and seeded
- 1/2 lb ground sausage
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Mix cooked sausage with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika.
- Spoon the mixture into each pepper half.
- Place stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until peppers are tender.
- Serve warm.
