A quick and easy guacamole recipe that’s perfect for dipping or topping your favorite dishes.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash avocados with a fork to your desired consistency.
  3. Add onion, tomato, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour.
