A fresh and easy-to-make salsa with tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and lime juice.

  • 4 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice the tomatoes and place them in a bowl.
  2. Finely chop the onion and add to the bowl.
  3. Mince the jalapeño and stir it in.
  4. Add chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
