  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grease the inside of your slow cooker with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add baking soda, flour, salt, and cinnamon. Stir until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the slow cooker and spread evenly.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
