- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk (or almond milk for dairy-free)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Lightly grease the slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Add mashed bananas, oats, milk, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to the slow cooker.
- Stir well to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Stir before serving and add toppings if desired.
