A delicious and easy slow cooker dessert made with fresh blackberries and a sweet biscuit topping.

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Grease the slow cooker with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Spread blackberries evenly in the bottom.
  3. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over the blackberries.
  4. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and remaining sugar.
  5. Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla until combined.
  6. Pour batter over the blackberries.
