  • 4 cups water or milk
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, water or milk, blueberries, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in the slow cooker.
  2. Stir well to mix evenly.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Stir before serving and add toppings if desired.
