Easy slow cooker buffalo chicken recipe with tender chicken and spicy buffalo sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Pour buffalo sauce over the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix on top.
  4. Add butter on top.
  5. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  6. Shred chicken with forks.
  7. Stir well to combine.

Notes

  • Use hot sauce for extra heat.
  • Serve on buns or over rice.
  • Store leftovers in fridge for 3 days.
