Ingredients

  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread cherry pie filling evenly in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the pie filling.
  3. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
  4. Add chopped walnuts on top if desired.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
  6. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
