  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb broccoli florets
  • 16 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken with forks.
  5. Add broccoli florets and cook for 30 more minutes.
  6. Cook fettuccine separately according to package directions.
  7. Drain pasta and mix with the chicken alfredo sauce.
