  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn kernels, drained
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add rice, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
