- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- Mix shredded chicken with half the enchilada sauce.
- Spread a spoonful of sauce on the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Fill tortillas with chicken mixture, cheese, onions, and peppers.
- Roll tortillas and place seam-side down in the slow cooker.
- Pour remaining sauce over the top.
