- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 packs ramen noodles (seasoning discarded)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 boiled egg, halved (optional)
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add chicken broth, water, mushrooms, carrots, garlic, soy sauce, and ginger.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred it with two forks.
- Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
