- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100g butter, softened
- 150g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100g self-raising flour
- Zest and juice of 1 orange
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 100ml milk
- Grease the inside of your slow cooker lightly with butter.
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then fold in the flour and cocoa powder.
- Stir in the melted chocolate, orange zest, juice, and milk.
- Pour the mixture into the slow cooker and cook on low for 3 hours.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
