  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Place diced potatoes, onion, and bell pepper in the slow cooker.
  3. Add the cooked ground beef on top.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Pour over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
  7. Serve hot.
