- 1 lb ground pork or turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 14 oz coleslaw mix
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Green onions for garnish
- Brown meat in a skillet over medium heat. Drain fat.
- Add oil, onion, garlic, and ginger to the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Transfer mixture to slow cooker.
- Add coleslaw mix, broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
