- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place beef bites and potatoes in the slow cooker.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes, stirring to coat evenly.
- Add beef broth to the slow cooker.
