  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, olive oil, garlic, basil, oregano, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  4. Add potatoes, carrots, and green beans around the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve hot with the cooking liquid as sauce.

Notes

  • Chicken is done when internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Cut vegetables evenly for even cooking.
  • Double the sauce if you prefer more liquid.
