Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 jar (16 oz) pepperoncini peppers
  • 6 hoagie rolls
  • 6 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Place beef roast in slow cooker
  2. Sprinkle Italian dressing mix over roast
  3. Add beef broth and pepperoncini peppers
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours
  5. Shred beef with forks
  6. Toast hoagie rolls
  7. Pile shredded beef on rolls
  8. Top with provolone cheese
