- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 cups beef broth

- 1 cup sliced carrots
