  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  2. Roll the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
  4. Add beef broth, diced tomatoes, carrots, celery, onion, oregano, and basil.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. Serve hot.
