  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Add the cooked beef, uncooked pasta, marinara sauce, cream cheese, cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  5. Stir in the mozzarella cheese and let it melt before serving.

Notes

  • Do not overcook the pasta—check at 3 hours.
  • Use full-fat dairy for the creamiest results.
  • Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
