  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts and potatoes in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
