4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Place chicken breasts and potatoes in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For crispier potatoes, broil them for 5 minutes after slow cooking.
Substitute half-and-half for heavy cream if needed.
