A delicious and easy slow cooker dessert combining sweet peaches and tart raspberries with a crunchy crumble topping.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Combine peaches, raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Sprinkle crumble topping over the fruit.
  5. Cook on low for 3 hours or until fruit is tender.
  6. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
