  • 2 cups peeled and diced peaches
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Grease the slow cooker with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Layer bread cubes and diced peaches in the slow cooker.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly over the bread and peaches.
