Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Grease the slow cooker with butter.
  2. Spread peaches evenly at the bottom.
  3. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over peaches.
  4. In a bowl, cream butter and remaining sugar.
  5. Mix in flour, baking powder, salt, milk, and vanilla.
  6. Pour batter over peaches.
