  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Grease the inside of your slow cooker with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Spread the sliced peaches evenly on the bottom.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Pour the batter over the peaches.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or until the top is golden and cooked through.
