  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Grease the slow cooker with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix peaches, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spread evenly in the slow cooker.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in melted butter and milk until combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of batter over the peaches.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-5 hours until the crust is golden and the peaches are bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
