A moist and flavorful bread combining pumpkin and banana, made easy in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Grease the inside of your slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin, bananas, sugar, oil, and eggs.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before slicing.

Notes

  • Use ripe bananas for the best flavor.
  • Check for doneness after 3 hours to prevent overcooking.
