- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- Grease the inside of your slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin, bananas, sugar, oil, and eggs.
- Add flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
