  • 1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz processed cheese, cubed (e.g., Velveeta)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 small flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, diced avocado, chopped cilantro, lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  4. Shred chicken with two forks.
