A delicious and easy dessert made with fresh raspberries and a simple cobbler topping, slow-cooked to perfection.

  • 4 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Grease the slow cooker with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Spread raspberries evenly in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over the raspberries.
  4. In a bowl, mix flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Stir in milk and melted butter until combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of batter over the raspberries.
  7. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours until golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use frozen raspberries if fresh are unavailable.
  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
