A sweet and tangy raspberry sauce made easily in your slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Place raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla in slow cooker.
  2. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Cook on LOW for 2 hours.
  4. Add cornstarch mixture and stir well.
  5. Cook for 30 more minutes until thickened.
  6. Mash berries lightly with a fork if desired.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in airtight container in fridge for up to 1 week
  • Freeze for longer storage
  • Adjust sugar to taste based on berry sweetness
