- 4 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
- Place raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla in slow cooker.
- Stir gently to combine.
