Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Shape into meatballs and place in the slow cooker.
  3. Whisk beef broth and gravy mix, then pour over meatballs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  5. Mix cornstarch and water, stir into the gravy to thicken.
  6. Serve hot over mashed potatoes or noodles.
