- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 hamburger buns
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker.
- Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
