- 6 lbs apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- Place chopped apples in a slow cooker.
- Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and salt.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 10 hours.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth using an immersion blender.
