- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased slow cooker.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours until the center is set.
- Spread strawberry jam over the cheesecake and top with fresh strawberries.
- Let cool before serving.
