  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers, drained (optional)
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add smoked salmon, garlic powder, black pepper, and dill. Stir well.
  3. Fold in capers and green onion if using.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. Serve with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
