  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and garlic. Cook until soft.
  3. Add thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, oyster liquid, and chicken broth.
  5. Add cooked vegetables and chopped oysters. Mix gently.
  6. Stir in beaten eggs until well combined.
  7. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
