2 cups fresh raspberries
4 cups ginger ale
1 cup raspberry juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tbsp grated ginger
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
In a large pitcher, muddle the raspberries gently to release their juice.
Add the raspberry juice, lime juice, and grated ginger. Stir well.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Just before serving, pour in the ginger ale and stir lightly.
Add ice cubes to glasses, pour the punch, and garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
For a stronger ginger flavor, steep fresh ginger slices in the raspberry juice before mixing.
