Ingredients

  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead into a dough.
  3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll the dough into a rectangle.
  5. Combine pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla for the topping.
  6. Spread the topping over the dough and roll it tightly.
  7. Cut into slices and place in a baking pan.
  8. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
