- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wash and slice strawberries.
- Peel and dice avocado.
- Combine mixed greens, strawberries, avocado, red onion, and walnuts in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
