1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1/4 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
1/2 banana, sliced
4 strawberries, sliced
Instructions
Add oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and sweetener to a jar.
Stir well until fully combined.
Layer banana and strawberry slices on top.
Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight.
Stir before eating. Add extra toppings if desired.
