  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry sheet on a floured surface.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture over half the pastry.
  5. Spread strawberry jam over cream cheese.
  6. Fold pastry over filling and seal edges.
  7. Brush with egg wash.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
