A refreshing and healthy strawberry lemon smoothie perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  2. Juice the lemon and set aside.
  3. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
