Delicious strawberry oat crumble bars with a buttery oat crust and sweet strawberry filling.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter to form the crust.
  3. Press half the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  4. Combine strawberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch for the filling.
  5. Spread filling over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle remaining oat mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes.
  8. Cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • Use fresh strawberries for best results.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
