- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter to form the crust.
- Press half the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- Combine strawberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch for the filling.
- Spread filling over the crust.
- Sprinkle remaining oat mixture on top.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Cool before cutting into bars.
